because so many folks from this town have managed to wind up there. I
thought that I'd migrate there one day, but my opinion of the place has changed as Austin changed. For the natives, it was the old 'Crab in the boiling pot' metaphor, but I watched from outside. Each time I visited, the
town seemed increasingly difficult. Now, it's like Houston-too big for its britches. Simply too many people.
